Install the device service

Choose the machine type, run the installer as an administrator, and paste the one-time token when prompted. New installs enter Unassigned.

1. Download the correct installer

LinuxThe service code exists, but the .deb/.rpm installer is not packaged yet.

Testing build: these MSI files are not yet Authenticode-signed, so Windows may show an Unknown publisher warning.

2. Copy this one-time token

It expires in 15 minutes and disappears after one successful installation.

3. Run the MSI

  1. Open the downloaded MSI and approve the Windows administrator prompt.
  2. Leave the server address as https://command.screensie.com.
  3. Paste the token, finish setup, and wait for the machine to appear under Unassigned.

No inbound firewall port is required. The service connects outbound to Command Center.
